R-M distributor, RSB Auto and Industrial came out on top at a recent industry awards ceremony hosted by the South African Motor Body Repairers Association (SAMBRA) and Lightstone.
RSB Auto and Industrial won all the awards in the Paint Supplier Category: Overall Service Excellence, Best Product Support, and Best Training at the prestigious event on 19 May.
SAMBRA’s annual awards recognize top automobile insurers, OEMs, and paint and equipment suppliers.
RSB Auto and Industrial CEO, Warren Tollman said that R-M was previously the recipient of these awards in 2017, 2018, and 2019, except for 2020 when the awards were not held due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“It is a privilege and honour for our company to win these awards, especially because the information gathered during the judging process is collected by Lightstone directly from the panel shops. This shows that our industry values what we are doing, how we are supporting them with our service offering, and how we are training our industry, which is what we strive for every day.”
It takes a lot of dedication and hard work from the entire team to achieve results like this ended Tollman.
SAMBRA, a proud association of the Retail Motor Industry Organisation (RMI), represents the majority of motor body repairers in the country. SAMBRA focuses on creating and maintaining industry sustainability and development and the annual awards are one of its flagship projects.
